Angeles Amador, Red Electrica´s new Director

2005 General Meeting

A resolution was passed today by Red Eléctrica General Meeting of Shareholders whereby Angeles Amador Millán was appointed Director of the Utility. Amador Millán is a graduate in law with a major in Industrial and Competition Law. She was also Minister of Health and Consumption from 1993 to 1996.

After practicing law, she was appointed to the Government in 1986 as Technical General Secretary of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, in charge of environment affairs. She was later appointed Undersecretary in the Ministry of Health and Consumption and was elected representative to the Congress during the 6th and 7th Legislatures.

She has returned now to law practice and engages, specially, in civil and business law cases.
