Duty of Disclosure - email
Sociedad Española de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) has available at its website a number of email addresses which are used as a communication channel for the goals set in each case. Furthermore, SEPI may make use of the email as a mean of communication with those with whom it keeps some sort of relationship.
The data regarding the person in charge of the processing are to be found in paragraph 2 of the Privacy Policy.
On the basis of the goal in question, the legal basis for the processing of the data of the user/sender of the email on the part of SEPI will be as follows:
- The performance of a legal obligation, on the part of the person in charge of the processing.
- The consent granted by the user/sender, as appropriate.
- The existence of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, in those cases in which the processing results from the existence of contractual relationships, or the provision of services.
- The processing is required for the fulfillment of a mission in the public interest or in the performance of public powers granted to the person in charge of the processing.
- The processing is required for meeting legitimate interests, pursued by the person in charge of the processing, or by a third party.
No communication of data to third parties are envisaged, nor the transfer to third countries or international organizations, unless as a result of a legal requirement.
The data obtained through the email will be kept during the time required for fulfilling the goal for which they were obtained, and for ascertaining the responsibilities which might result from such goal and of the data processing.
The rights regarding data protection to which are entitled the email users/senders are those stipulated in paragraph 10 of the Privacy Policy..
