SEPI implements a socially and economically responsible management through the promotion, coordination and control of its companies’ activities
SEPI sets the strategies for each company, on the basis of their features and position:
- Competitive companies, which enjoy a sound economic and financial position; the goal consists in consolidating and adding value to the projects, supporting its management and controlling their efficiency.
- Loss-making companies but with the capacity to become feasible; plans for their reorganization and future are applied, in keeping with the Spanish and European law.
- Companies belonging to sunset industries; action plans which have been approved by the European Union are adopted, in order to make progressive adjustments.
- Companies regarded as unfeasible; orderly liquidation procedures are developed.
