EMGRISA (ENUSA) is awarded the golden star for its professional excellence

Emgrisa, Empresa para la gestión de residuos industriales, S.A. and an affiliated company of Grupo ENUSA, has been awarded the prize 'Estrella de Oro' (Golden Star) which is granted by the Instituto para la Excelencia Profesional and which acknowledges the Company’s professional record and commitment, within the world of waste management and polluted soils and water treatment.

These prizes are awarded every year and acknowledge “the ability to innovate and promote a sound economic and social development, with a philosophy aimed at Total Quality in all their activities, showing positive trends with a commitment to continuous improvement, and respecting always the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)'.

The Instituto para la Excelencia Profesional is an institution whose main task consists in recognizing quality and certifying the commitment from professionals and companies, both at domestic and international level, with their industry. With the Institute collaborate, among others, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, the regional Government of Madrid, and the Instituto Cervantes.

Emgrisa expresses their gratitude to the Instituto para la Excelencia Profesional for this award, as well as to all its employees, whose daily work has been recognized again by the society.

EMGRISA and Grupo SEPI

EMGRISA belongs to Grupo ENUSA, which in turn is attached to Grupo SEPI, a corporate holding which includes a total of 16 state-owned companies in which it has direct, majority shareholding participations, with a workforce of around 73,000 professionals in 2014; the Spanish state-owned television and radio corporation, Corporación Radiotelevisión Española, which is attached to SEPI, and one public foundation. Equally, SEPI has direct minority shareholdings in a further ten companies, and indirect shareholdings in more than one hundred companies.
